Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in China and shipped directly from our manufactures warehouse. We research the best most cost effective products to provide for our customers.  We understand that many customers have concerns about products that are shipped from China and we want to make sure our customers are aware of where our items are manufactured and back our devices with strong customer satisfaction. What payment methods do you accept?

All Major Credit Cards are accepted in addition we accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay and Elo.

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent out immediately after your order is placed. If you do not see your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. Commonly G-Mail account holders’ confirmation will be sent to “Promotions” in your account folder.

How can I track my order?

Order processing takes 1-5 business days. Once your item has shipped you will receive your tracking number via email and/or text.

How long will It take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

You should receive your order within 2-3 weeks. Average order shipping time 10-15 days from the time the order is placed. 

Do you offer training on machines?

All Machines come with a user manual. We currently do not offer training on the therapeutic use of our machines. Training E-Book, E-Trainings, and 1 on 1 virtual classes coming soon. We do offer a few tips see our blog section on our website. We recommend that you seek out a licensed trainer for effective training on therapies.

After-sale Service?

We guarantee all our products will be shipped out free of defects, damages and shall include all necessary parts; We offer 1-year warranty for all our items (main machine only). 3-month warranty for spare parts, do not include consumable/ disposable parts, like replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, filters and vacuum tubes; Damages caused by water, tampering, mishandling, abuse, or misuse of the appliance is not included in warranty. For all products, the warranty is valid for one year. The warranty is effective once the machine is delivered from our warehouse. Please contact us within 7 days and return the parcel within 15 days. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered to be used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Please pack the item well and MUST provide us tracking number, specific reason for the returning.
